About Tiny Trekkers

Tiny Trekkers is a Pune-based adventure trekking company founded by a group of passionate hikers who fell in love with the Sahyadri mountains. What started as weekend trips with friends turned into a mission — to make the mountains accessible, safe, and joyful for everyone, mainly focused for kids.

We are your trail companions — guiding first-timers and experienced hikers alike through Maharashtra's most stunning landscapes, with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and small-group experiences.

Every trek is led by certified guides. Every route is safety-scouted. Every meal is prepared fresh on trail. We handle the logistics so you can focus entirely on the experience.

Last updated: January 2025. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email before initiating any cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 or more days before trek date: Full refund — 100% of the amount paid.
  • 3 to 6 days before trek date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Less than 3 days before trek date: No refund. You may transfer your slot to another person.
  • No-show on the day: No refund issued without prior notice.
  • Advance payments: Advance booking fees are non-refundable within 3 days of the trek date.

Refund Policy

  • All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If Tiny Trekkers cancels a trek, a full refund or free rescheduling is provided.
  • Token/advance amounts are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the trek date.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule to a future date with no charge if you notify us at least 3 days in advance. Subject to slot availability.

By booking a trek with Tiny Trekkers, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is between you (the trekker) and Tiny Trekkers, Pune.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 12 years old. Under-18s need parent/guardian consent or accompaniment.
  • Participants must be in reasonably good physical health. Medical conditions must be disclosed at booking.
  • Tiny Trekkers reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit on the day.

Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow all instructions given by the trek leader and guide at all times.
  • Carry recommended gear as specified in the packing list shared after booking.
  • Do not litter on the trail. Carry all waste back with you.
  • Do not consume alcohol or intoxicants during the trek.

Liability Disclaimer

Trekking involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Tiny Trekkers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by proven negligence of Tiny Trekkers staff.

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only what is necessary and never sell your information.
